These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of naamank.in and the purchase of a numerology report from Naamank, operated by Naamank India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Naamank provides a digital numerology report generated from the name and birth details you submit. The report includes your core numbers, a personality reading, name-correction suggestions, a lucky profile and a date-of-birth-based forecast. The report is computed using the Chaldean and Vedic (Ank Jyotish) numerology systems.
2. Nature of the service — important
Numerology is a traditional system of guidance, not a science. Your report is provided for guidance, insight and self-reflection only. It is not scientific, legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, gain or benefit. You are solely responsible for any decisions you take, and you should use your own discretion and consult a qualified professional for important matters (including any legal name change).
3. Eligibility & your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete details. The report depends entirely on the information you enter; incorrect details will produce an incorrect report, for which we are not responsible.
- You agree not to misuse, copy, resell or redistribute the Website or reports.
4. Pricing & payment
- The price of a report is ₹199 (Indian Rupees), shown on the Website before payment. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay via UPI, cards, net banking and other supported methods.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, after which the report is unlocked instantly.
5. Delivery
The report is a digital product delivered instantly on screen after successful payment and may also be emailed to you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, its design, text, the Naamank name and logo, and the report format are owned by us and protected by law. Your personalised report is for your own personal use. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report (₹199). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on a report.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
