This Privacy Policy explains how Naamank ("we", "us", "our") — operated by Naamank India — collects, uses and protects your information when you use naamank.in (the "Website") to generate a numerology report.
By using the Website and submitting your details, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Information we collect
To create your personalised report, we ask you to provide:
- Full name — used to calculate your name number and name-correction suggestions.
- Email address — used to send you a copy of your report and order-related communication.
- Date of birth — used to calculate your Moolank, Bhagyank and forecast.
- Place of birth — recorded as part of your profile.
When you make a payment, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your card / UPI / bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems and are never collected or stored by us. We may receive a payment reference ID and status from Razorpay to confirm your order. We may also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and device information) for security and to keep the Website working.
2. How we use your information
- To calculate and deliver your numerology report.
- To email you a copy of your report and respond to your queries.
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
- To comply with applicable law.
The core numerology calculations run in your browser; your birth details are used to produce your report and are not sold.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay, our payment processor, to take payment securely (subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy).
- Service providers who help us run the Website or send email, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, if required by law, court order or to protect our rights and users' safety.
4. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are handled over encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure provided by Razorpay. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
We keep your order and contact details only as long as needed to provide the service, support you, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal data (see "Your rights" below), subject to records we must retain by law.
6. Cookies
The Website may use minimal cookies or local storage necessary for it to function and for security. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You can request to access, correct or delete the personal data you have shared with us. To do so, email naamankindia@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The Website is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
