Naamank sells a digital product — a numerology report. There is no physical shipping involved, and no shipping charges apply.

How your report is delivered

• Instantly on screen. As soon as your payment is successful, your full report is unlocked and displayed on the Website immediately.
• By email. A copy of your report is sent to the email address you provide, typically within a few minutes of purchase.

Delivery timeline

Delivery is immediate. There is no waiting or dispatch period because the report is generated electronically at the moment of purchase.

Didn't receive your report?

If your report does not appear on screen, or you do not receive the email copy:

• Check your email's Spam / Promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
• Contact us at naamankindia@gmail.com with your name, the email used and your Razorpay payment ID, and we will deliver your report or resolve the issue promptly.

If a payment was successful but the report could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our side, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
