Refund & Cancellation Policy

Naamank sells a digital numerology report that is generated and delivered instantly after payment. Please read this policy carefully before you pay.
Cancellation
Because the report is created and unlocked immediately upon successful payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the report has been delivered. You can choose not to proceed at any time before making payment.
Refunds
As the report is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and the fee is non-refundable once the report has been generated and shown to you. To help you decide, a clear sample of what the report contains is shown on our home page before purchase.
We will, however, consider a full refund in the following cases:
- Payment deducted but report not delivered — if money was charged but you did not receive or could not access your report due to a technical failure on our side.
- Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Incorrect charge — if you were charged an amount different from the displayed price of ₹199.
How to request a refund
Email naamankindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- The name and email used for the order, and
- Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction details.
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Numerology reports are provided for guidance and self-reflection only. A refund will not be issued simply because you disagree with, or did not benefit from, the interpretation in your report, as the service (the personalised reading) has been delivered.
